Progressive Level Classes
After a student finishes Intro-to-Pole Series or 8 Drop-in classes, they’ll move onto level classes! We offer progressive level pole dance classes from levels 1-8. These are classes where students learn all their spins, tricks, transitions, and beginner, intermediate, and advanced foundations. Visit our Book Now page to sign up for classes!

Specialty Pole Classes
Specialty pole classes still have level prerequisites but with a focus such as “Shape Shifters” a class focused on more intermediate and advanced flexibility tricks, or “Poletential” geared towards returning dancers or dancers who need extra assistance getting movements in alternative ways! Stretch & Flexibility
Gain a greater range of motion and become more flexible stretch and flexibility focused classes! These classes tend to be all or mixed level as most stretches can be made progressive. Stretch can regularly be booked Tuesdays at 12:00PM. Visit our Book Now page to sign up for classes!

Pole Choreography
Learn how to move and flow around the pole in Pole Choreography classes. Students will learn and build on a routine within 4-5 weeks. Check level and prerequisites before signing up for class. Visit our Book Now page to sign up for classes!
* Please do not sign up for the last week of the month if you have not attended at least one choreography class prior that month. Last week is reserved for running choreography multiple times and technical corrections.

Basework & Low Flow
Interested in the lower half of the pole? Basework and Low Flow will keep you there, finding interesting pathways and transitions to move into your pole and floor work. Floorwork
Feel insecure without the pole or not sure what to do without it? Floorwork classes like “Flow Motion Floorwork” will help you gain that confidence and expand your dance knowledge! In Floorwork students will learn a range of slinky and acrobatic movements that can easily pair with your pole skills or not if you love the floor <3. Pole Conditioning
Conditioning is extremely important when becoming a pole dancer. Muscle imbalances can easily happen and healthy shoulder function is necessary for pole dancing. Stay on top of these issues by conditioning as well as gain greater strength and function for difficult pole moves. Check out “Pole Bootcamp” and “Inversion Lab”. Intro-to-Pole Series & Drop-In
Wanna become a pole dancer or just try it for fun? Start here at Intro-to-Pole! Students will learn all the basics to move around the pole confidently and create a solid foundation in order to move up or graduate into “Beginner Level 1” classes. Intro-to-Pole 2 Month Series are our most progressive series that we offer every few months. Intro-to-Pole Drop-in classes are more flexible for students who can’t commit to a series or want to get in classes sooner as we offer them 3 days a week.
