Thicc Like Me The Workshop

Suggested Level or Prerequisites: Some pole or relatable experience (taken a minimum of four pole classes or has taken other aerial classes such as lyra, slings, hoop, trapeze)

Description: The Thicc Like Me Workshop is made for individuals that identify as plus-size , midsize or curvy. This workshop is aimed towards helping new and experienced pole students build their confidence on the pole by focusing on intentional movement techniques, body awareness techniques and on and off the pole conditioning.  There will also be an opportunity for students to share common moves/techniques that they struggle with as a plus-size dancer and we will workshop together different ways to get into those moves/techniques.
