FlowLab is a floor-based, guided freestyle workshop designed to
build trust in your instincts and deepen movement quality. This
class blends a short movement sequence with prompt-based
exploration, offering both structure and freedom to play,
experiment, and adapt.

Through sensory prompts, musical shifts, and expressive
challenges, dancers explore fluidity, musicality, embodiment, and
character + style development.

Ideal for performers, creatives, and movers of all backgrounds.
Open to all levels, including pole dancers and burlesque
performers who want to strengthen freestyle confidence and
develop movement quality that transfers beyond—and back onto—
the pole.

Dance heels optional (platform or non-platform)

This 90-minute pole choreography workshop focuses on slow,
slinky movement, fluid transitions, and expressive musicality.
Dancers will learn a complete routine set to music, with special
attention to heels technique, weight shifts, and grounded control.

Beginner-friendly with layered options, this workshop is ideal for
newer pole dancers building confidence and experienced polers
looking to refine flow, presence, and performance quality. Expect
choreography that prioritizes texture, timing, and feeling over
speed or tricks.

Come sink into your movement, explore sensuality on your own
terms, and leave with choreography that feels as good as it looks.
