Do you wanna hit the Extravaganza stage in one or two exciting group pieces? Fabulous instructors and choreographers Lindsey aka Bubblelucious and Regina aka Dark Angel are offering two sweet opportunities!
Saturdays: RENT: The Extravaganza Group Routine with Lindsey

"Have you always wanted to be a Broadway star? Did you ever watch RENT and dance on a table? Well now is your chance!! This year, the Extravaganza student group routine will be the hit-musical that changed the game in the ‘90s…RENT! We will be dancing to a mashup of the song “Rent” into “La Vie Boheme”. We will have a mixture of pole and table dance with tons of fun! All levels and all skills are welcome! If you sign up, you will be in the routine— no auditions required!

Please note: Inside of “La Vie Boheme” it says “Actual Reality— Act Up, Fight AIDS” which was of course, a huge global issue in the 90’s. To make it more relevant to today, the lyrics will be changed to “Actual Reality, Speak up! Donate! Genocides are happening in Palestine and Congo! In the program we will have links to Operation Olive Branch (Palestine) and Friends of the Congo (Congo). "
Sundays: Auspicious Chair Choreo Auditions

Performers will be dancers at an audition. Everyone is dancing through the assigned choreography, closely resembles the Jennifer Lopez I’m Glad video and the movie Flash Dance. Toward the end of the audition each dancer will break from the choreography and do a move that creates chaos, but then they all come back together to end the choreography. There will be some acro-chair moves incorporated into the piece.

Costume: Everyone in a different bra & leggings with leg warmers. All costumes will be rhinestoned.
