Slinktastic
2:00PM-3:00PM (60 minutes)

Give your movement a little extra slink. This floor-based workshop invites you to melt into the ground with slow, juicy movements. We’ll begin with dynamic, gooey mobility to get the body warm and fluid, then ease into conditioning and technical foundations that support smooth, slink-y transitions. From there, we’ll weave that technique into floorwork sequences and sensual tricks that feel as good as they look.
This class is beginner-friendly and open to all bodies. Kneepads or leg coverage are required. Socks, heels, and extra layers are highly encouraged.
Bombastic
3:15PM-4:15PM (60 minutes)
$45.00 or $85.00 for BOTH workshops with special prepaid package
This workshop is all about giving your floor tricks more umph! It will start with a dynamic and conditioning warm-up to prep us for energetic and strong movement. From there, we will move into workshopping floor-based explosiveness and tricks. This is an intermediate acro-floor work class for those who are comfortable with floorwork experience.
Heels encouraged and kneepads required. Shoulder coverage and other layers are beneficial.
