NEW Intro-to-Pole Series Feb-March 2026

Welcome future pole dancers!

Join us for NEW Intro-to-Pole 8-Week Series Feb-Mar 2026

We have THREE new Intro-to-Pole 8-Week Series and a fourth extra special Intro-to-Pole + Heels Choreo 8-Week Series starting the first week in February!

In our Intro-to-Pole 8-Week Series, students will learn everything they need to know about pole dancing in order to create a strong foundation to move forward into Beginner Level 1. Students can expect to learn how to create and use momentum and begin building the strength to hold their bodyweight. Students will learn their first basic spins, sits, tricks, and climbing!

A series class means students sign up for the same date and time for 8-weeks until graduating into Level 1 classes. Students love this option as it can be a more progressive experience than drop-in classes as you will attend with the same fellow students and instructor for 8 weeks.

Classes will start with a 10-15 minute warm up followed by pole dancing and ending with a 10-15 minute cool down. Conditioning will be done throughout class time.
